Queen of the Jungle Jill Scott and this year's I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! runner-up Owen Warner have revealed how much weight they've lost on the show.
The pair made it to the very end of the 23-day stint in the jungle, with Lioness Jill eventually winning the show with almost 58% of the final vote.
Hollyoaks actor Owen, 23, who came second ahead of disgraced former Health Secretary Matt Hancock, made it known fairly early into his time in camp how intensely hungry he was.
And it's no surprise, as upon leaving the jungle he discovered he'd lost a stone in weight.
The gym bunny entered the jungle at 13st 3oz (85kg), now weighing in at 12st 2oz (78kg).
He was so hungry when his jungle experience was over, he didn't even stop to get a haircut all the way through.
He said: "I have eaten a lot since I left. I was getting a haircut while eating my pizza. Like, anytime he was cutting my hair, he stopped for a second, and I was shoving pizza in my mouth.
"I would also recommend it. I don't think now I am going to get a trim without food!"
He plans to put his weight back on as soon as he can.
"I am 78kg, I was 85kg when I went in but give me a week and I will be back to 85. This week I reckon I am just going to eat as much as I can, pile it on and start gym next week I reckon."
For Queen Jill, 35, the rice and bean rations weren't as big a problem, telling The Mirror: "I wasn’t too bad to be honest. They were monitoring us and obviously it was just the hunger element, you don’t know how many calories you’re having but you’re well looked after."
"There’s a nutritionist. It’s just more the fact it’s rice and beans as opposed to salt and sugar so for me not having caffeine in my diet for the first time in however long, I did miss my tea and coffee.
"I could never give up tea and coffee I was like waking up just dreaming of having a flat white.

"Somebody said you should try and wean your way off before you go in but my motto was why have six bad weeks when you can just have three?
"I didn’t get a headache or anything like that. It was just more the want as opposed to the need."
Jill won this series with the biggest finale audience the show has had since 2018, when fellow football legend Harry Redknapp was crowned King of the Jungle.
