Kevin Hart is back in the game.
The 40-year-old comedian was looking well as he made his first public appearance since his hospitalization following a near-fatal car accident last month.
Hart was spotted playing a VIP poker game with friends including Jay-Z and sports agent Rich Paul at hot spot Avra in Beverly Hills on Monday night.
The “Night School” actor was photographed attempting to keep a low profile by wearing a black hoodie with the hood over his head.
Hart fractured his spine in three places after surviving the terrifying crash in which his friend Jared Black was behind the wheel in September. The movie star was hospitalized for about 10 days before going to a live-in rehab facility to complete physical therapy.
He was able to return home at the end of September and was back to work for his upcoming “Jumanji” sequel in early October.
Authorities say Black was responsible for the accident as he was driving recklessly, which caused the vehicle to careen into a tree. However, Black and his wife, who was also in the car at the time of the crash, plan to sue Hart over their injuries as they argue his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda did not have proper safety harnesses or airbags.
