Teddy Soares has opened up on his plans to move in with his girlfriend Faye Winter, revealing it is a "top priority" for the couple.

Love Island's Teddy and Faye, both 26, met and fell in love on the ITV2 show this summer and have continued to build on their romance after they placed third in the series.

After some time out of the villa, including a romantic reunion after their time in quarantine, Teddy and Faye are now planning to move in together.

Faye previously told the Metro: "We have spoken about it and I think we will likely get a place together but I will probably still spend two, three nights – depending on schedules at work – in Devon.

"Teddy will still have his own space, to be able to see friends, family but it will be our place and we will still spend time apart until we want to be with each other fully. I think that’s our next step."

Now, as the couples from the villa set into their new lives, Teddy has revealed their plans to move in together are still very much in motion.

Teddy invited his fans to ask him questions as he shared a question box on his Instagram story.

He told his followers: "I am so gassed. I've hit a million [followers] and I would not have been able to do it without all of your support and love so I appreciate you all.

"I hope you all continue to follow my journey and I think I'm gonna have to celebrate with a little Q&A."

As he was quizzed on his plans to move in with girlfriend Faye, Teddy said: "Definitely pending. It's a top priority but we're still figuring out our schedules at the moment and where that special place is gonna be.

"But, watch this space, watch this space I can't wait to have things sorted."

The Love Island hunk was then asked what his first thoughts were when he met Faye. He admitted: "I thought: 'Damn'. I was wowed. I was wowed when I first saw her walk down them steps in the green dress and, to be fair, still one of my favourites. So, yeah, we just caught vibes, absolute vibes and I knew she was gonna keep me on my toes."

Teddy was also quizzed on if he had any regrets from his time on the show, which he said: "No regrets, people, no regrets. You live and you learn, I've always gone by that.

"I would not have traded that experience for anything in the world. I met some amazing people and came out with a girlfriend as well man. Like, nah not at all no regrets."

Despite their romance continuing to blossom outside the villa, Teddy and Faye have been predicted as the first couple who will split after the show, according to former Love Island star Georgia Steel.

She said: "I do feel like with the compatibility challenge – when all the Islanders voted for Faye and Teddy – I kind of agree with that."

Georgia added: "I feel like they're very different people… The fact that most the Islanders voted for them also makes me believe that they might not last.

"The Islanders were with them every day, so maybe they're seeing things we're not."

She then added: "However, opposites do attract, so it could work on the outside."
