Olly Murs has revealed that he has suffered another injury while performing just days after he received knee surgery after jumping on stage during a gig earlier this month.
The singer, 37, performed at Newbury Racecourse on Saturday and he took to Instagram afterwards to reveal that his eyes were "still stinging" after a fan threw a bottle of suncream at him on stage.
The latest injury comes after Olly shared earlier this month that he had undergone emergency surgery after a fragment of his bone became lodged in the back of his knee following a jump on stage.
Taking to Instagram after his latest show on Saturday, the singer revealed he had been injured again on stage and said that the fan throwing suncream at him on stage was "not a good idea".
Olly penned: "We did it! What a show at Newbury yesterday! HUGE shout out to my physio @johngreenphysiotherapy & @serena_ortho for the knee brace.
"Yesterday wouldn’t have been possible without you John! What a guy! Helped me so much!! Thanks to everyone that came, what a crowd and thanks for the sun cream My b****y eyes are still stinging."
The Sun also reports that Olly added during a Q&A following the gig: "The suncream was not a good idea half way through the gig. Thanks to the person who threw it at me, my eyes are still stinging from that."
He continued: "The gig was amazing. To be honest with you, it felt better than I thought. I was trying to be a bit cautious on stage."
Earlier this month, Olly revealed that he was forced to undergo emergency surgery after injuring his leg during a performance.
The former X Factor star explained that he was left limping on stage after a fragment of his bone became lodged in the back of his knee after he jumped.
The star described the horrifying turn of events from his hospital bed at the time, stating in an Instagram clip that it had been a "mad 72 hours" in which he underwent surgery and is now on the road to recovery.
Smiling through the pain, the hitmaker told fans: "I am so sorry I look like a bag of s*** this morning, but I wanted to send you a message to let you know what is going on."
Olly added: "Why is Olly in the hospital bed? I've just had surgery on my left leg. For some of you who came to my Newmarket gig on Friday, thank you for your kind messages of support and just checking it was OK."
"It has been a mad 72 hours since the gig getting to this point," he added.
Olly continued: "Basically, after my second song, a fragment of bone that was in my knee managed, after I jumped, to lodge itself on the back of my knee, which basically shut my leg down.

"During the gig, I was just limping the whole time. Couldn't believe it. Basically, I am in, I have had the surgery."
The star added that he wanted to get the surgery done before his then next gig on the 14th, which was Newbury Racecourse on Saturday.
"I wanted to do this for you guys. It will be a different gig, I probably won't be running around like I normally do," he explained.
