She previously spoke of how she makes time for her sons within her busy schedule.
During an interview with the Times last year, Sara said: “While pregnant I saw what many working women face if they want to start a family.
“It shouldn’t be one or the other. Our flexible working policy means we can attract great people who want to work in a global business.
“Getting home to see the kids really matters to me, so I encourage our people to leave the office by 5pm.
“I’ll put the boys to bed at 7.30, and there’s many a night I’ll nod off beside them. That makes me feel very lucky.
“The fact that I’m a woman, young and from the northeast are my secret weapons.
“People have underestimated me my whole life, but that makes achieving things much sweeter.”
In the past, Sara has spoken of how she does not want to spoil her sons.

While talking to The Mirror, Sara said: “Just because I’m a lot wealthier now doesn’t mean I want my kids to grow up differently to how I did.
“I worked in my parents’ decorating store from six. My mum would get me in every Saturday polishing the paint and straightening the wallpaper for 50p.
“My five-year-old son will help out at the shop, which my sister owns, and she’ll have him doing the same thing that I was back then.
“With a bit of inflation, he will get a couple of quid. My boys can negotiate much better than I can.”
Sara has also revealed why she wants her sons to experience the same holidays as she did growing up.
During an appearance on Loose Women, She said: “When I was growing up, we didn’t even have a caravan, we just went in a tent, and those experiences made me who I am today.
“My husband Simon wants to give the kids the things we could not have – but I want them to have the experiences we did have.”
Dragons’ Den will continue on BBC Two at 9pm.
