Tana Ramsay, mother of five and wife to celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, shared a heart-breaking post to Instagram in memory of the baby they lost.
The pair had suffered a miscarriage in June of 2016, four months before baby Rocky was due to be born.
Posting to Instagram on what would have been Rocky’s due date and birthday, Tana shared a post in memory of his fifth birthday.
Sharing a post from a baby loss awareness account Tana captioned: “If all had gone as we hoped yesterday 14/10/21 would have been our little boy Rocky’s 5th birthday, the day he was due not the day he was actually born when he was too little to survive.

“Not a day goes by when we don’t think of him, but, it wasn’t meant to be. We have gone on to be blessed and will be eternally grateful, but shall always remember our angel baby with a heart bursting with love and many many tears x #babylossawarenessweek @gordongram”.
Supporters of the family flooded the comments with well wishes and personal stories, with one saying: “Thank you for sharing Tana. My daughter would be 23 this coming March….she’s always there in my heart, just as Rocky is with you. God bless and thank you. With love xx”.
Another shared: “It's so important to never forget! Our baby would have bn 21! X”
Tana and Gordon have been married for 25 years and are parents to five children – Megan, 23, twins Jack and Holly, 21, Tilly, 19 and Oscar, two.
Speaking to Daily Mail’s You Magazine earlier this month, Gordon shared that they had discussed the possibility of having another child.
He said: “We discussed having another baby. I said it was a great idea.
"She said: 'Well, let’s start planning'. So I’m like: 'Oh my god, just pause for two seconds. I’m going to be the oldest dad at school, what’s going to happen on sports day?' But it’s something we’d still consider, because it’s been such a joy spending time with Oscar."
The surprise possibility of a sixth child to the family left Ulrika Johnsson “baffled” in her column for The Sun.
She penned: “I am a mum of four but my issue is not the sheer number of offspring but more Gordon and Tana’s ages.
“I know men can seemingly carry on reproducing to infinity and Tana is 47, so it’s not outside the realms of possibility. But why?"
