Thomas Rhett is a name that every country music fan is probably familiar with so it shouldn’t come as a shock that fans are excited to see him perform at the 56th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards on April 18, 2021.
On top of his highly anticipated performance, Rhett is nominated for a whopping four awards this year: Music Event of the Year, Song of the Year, Male Artist of the Year, and Entertainer of the Year (via Taste of Country).
The “Craving You” singer first broke into the country music scene in 2013 with his debut album, It Goes Like This, according to his Thomas Rhett, and has released an additional three albums over the last decade: Tangled Up (2015), Life Changes (2017), and Center Point Road (2019). Rhett’s fifth studio album, Country Again: Side A, is set to be released on April 30, 2021, less than two weeks after the ACM Awards.

Thanks to his successful albums, tours, and more, Thomas Rhett is estimated to be worth approximately $5 million (via Celebrity Net Worth). In 2018, he made Forbes “30 Under 30” list, and according to the outlet, the “Crash and Burn” singer “grosses a quarter million dollars per night on the road,” which is not too shabby for an artist who entered the country music scene eight years ago.
Rhett’s music has also been featured on many popular movie and TV show soundtracks, including The Best of Me, Nashville, and The Do-Over, and has also been featured on specials like CMA Country Christmas, Dolly Parton: Here She Comes Again, The Disney Family Singalong, and more (via IMDb).
