I’m an airline employee – my simple hack means you’ll ALWAYS connect to hotel WiFi even when it won’t switch on

SOMETIMES connecting to the WiFi at a hotel isn't as easy as pressing a few buttons on the settings program.

You might have to jump through a few hoops to get going and even then, in some instances, that doesn't work.

Well, an airline employee has revealed how to get on a public WiFi when traveling and you'll roll your eyes at all the times you missed out on doing this.

Megan Homme, who has been sharing these hacks on her social media page, shared that all you need is a special code.

"When you're trying to log into the hotel WiFi and the login page will not come up for you to connect, here's what you're going to do," she said in her video.

"Hit enter and it will come up!"

Following her hack, a pilot revealed how you can do it in an airplane.

"WiFi is the flight number," she said.

However, another one wrote: " on airplanes!"

Previously, a flight attendant revealed how to get a better seat when traveling – and you don't have to pay for it.

While she said upgrades aren't likely, there are ways to get more legroom or even free snacks.

The flight attendant explained on the forum: "Flight attendant here: my company doesn’t have upgrades really.

"However, trust me when I say this… kindness goes a long way.

"It might seem lame but honestly, being respectful and kind to the flight attendants will make your trip a hell of a lot more enjoyable.

"It’s just like any job that has a service element, if you’re polite to us and have manners we are more likely to give you an extra drink/snack if possible, even move you to a seat with more legroom if we can."

She finished by saying: "We deal with so many entitled a**holes that simple kindness really does go a long way."
