Labrum Focuses On Repurposed Fabrics For FW20

For its Fall/Winter 2020 collection, London-based Labrum has turned its attention to repurposing fabrics and silhouettes, to demonstrate that new isn’t always better.

Entitled “Exploration”, this collection comprises outerwear, jackets, trousers, shirts and more, all crafted with used fabrics in an attempt to limit the waste the fashion industry creates. The collection also features repurposed Ikebana hand-printed Irish linen that was sourced at a local antiques market, and also featured in the brand’s Fall/Winter 2018 collection.

Through an exploration of its own studio to repurpose a water repellent heavy weight fabric, Labrum also unveils its Broson silhouette that’s been designed for a looser fit and features two large front pockets with coconut and ceramic buttons.

The full Fall/Winter 2020 collection is available to buy now from the Labrum webstore.
