Relatable Kate Middleton reveals hobby which is already making Princes George & Louis and Princess Charlotte cringe

EVERY parent knows that it isn't long before your children begin to become embarrassed at everything you do – including Kate Middleton.

The Duchess of Cambridge, 39, has revealed the hobby that is already making Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis cringe.

Speaking in a video of the royal mum-of-three and Prince William's recently launched YouTube channel, she joked that the youngsters sometime beg her to "please stop taking photographs".

The duchess – who is often spotted with a camera in her hands – made the comment during a conversation with a finalist of her Hold Still photography competition.

In the clip, she discusses a sweet shot taken by Ceri Edwards that shows her daughter Poppy hugging her father Mark before his shift as a paramedic in Newport, South Wales.

In response to being asked if she was a photographer, the contestant replied: "No. Well, Mark would say otherwise just because I do take a lot of pictures of the family."

The duchess admitted: "It's like me. Everyone's like, 'Mummy, please stop taking photographs'."

She went on to praise Ceri's black-and-white picture for its "strength, courage and resilience".

The duchess has made no secret of her love for photography.

A portrait of her clasping a camera is published in the foreward for her Hold Still book, which features one hundred images selected from 31,000 entries submitted last May.

Since joining the royal family, the duchess has frequently been behind the lens for many family photos of the Cambridge children.

This includes many official images released to the public, of when they were born, their birthdays, and milestones like starting school.

Shortly after Prince Philip passed away, a photo was shared of the Queen, Duke of Edinburgh and their great-grandchildren.

It was revealed that the adorable family shot, taken at Balmoral, was the handiwork of the duchess.

In other royal news, we reported that The Queen was "not asked but informed" about baby Lilibet's name.

We also revealed the Duchess of Cambridge's beloved high street staples.

And this is why Prince Edward is an earl and not a duke.
