Lala Kent isn’t listening to haters who don’t like her lip fillers.
While filming an Instagram video with her “bruised” pout on display Friday, the “Vanderpump Rules” star told her followers not to comment on the “touch up.”
The Bravolebrity said, “I don’t need anyone saying, ‘Stop touching your face,’ and ‘you look so much better in Season 4.’
“Like, didn’t we all look so much better when we were like 23 [and] 24?” the 32-year-old continued. “We was all hitting different.”
Kent told naysayers not to touch their own faces if they have a “problem” with how she looks.
“Don’t worry who touches mine because what my face is poked with does not affect you whatsoever,” she said.
“I don’t care what your face looks like,” the reality star concluded. “Don’t care about what mine looks like.”
Last year, Kent admitted to “Juicy Scoop” podcast host Heather McDonald that she has “overdone [her] face” in the past before “perfecting the craft.”

She explained, “I was getting Botox in the forehead, but not above the brows anymore because I already have a high arch. I got filler in the cheeks, jaw and chin. Then, I would get a little lip injection.”
The former SUR employee clarified that she stopped when she was pregnant with her and ex Randall Emmett’s daughter, Ocean, in 2020 and hadn’t been injected in nearly three years.
“I do look in the mirror [now] and go, ‘What is this? Why is my face moving?’” she said in the January 2022 episode.
In December 2022, Kent documented her platelet-rich fibrin injections and micro-needling procedure via Instagram.
While filming Season 10 of the series that same year, Kent clapped back when Tom Schwartz criticized her “bootleg Housewife” face, calling him “the epitome of a f–king loser.”
