Kate Middleton’s younger sisterPippa gave birth to her third child with husband James Matthewsa few weeks ago, according toreports .
Pippa, 38, was thought to have welcomed the latest addition to her family at some point between the end of June and the beginning of July at the Lindo Wing of St. Mary's Hospital in London.
Pippa and James, 46, wed in 2017 and already share Arthur, three, and Grace, one, together.
A little over a week on from the news of the youngster’s arrival, the couple are said to have called their daughter Rose,Mail Onlinereports.
According toexpertsthe moniker comes from a Latin word and the meaning refers to a flower.
“It derives from the Latin word rosa, meaning ‘a flower’. It is thought to originally be the Norman form of the Germanic name Hrodohaidis, meaning ‘famous type’. The Normans introduced it in England with the forms Roese and Rohese.”
While those with the family name Rose is a link to where they lived, in particular a place where “wild roses grew or a habitational name for someone living at a house bearing the sign of the rose”.
Pippa first met now-husband,Made In ChelseastarSpencer Matthews'brother James, in 2007, on one of the world's most beautiful Caribbean islands.
The pair met again in 2016 and got engaged that same year. Tying the knot in May 2017, they welcomed first-born Arthur a year later, with daughter Grace arriving in 2021.
The news of the Middleton-Matthews becoming a family of five comes after reports thatPippa and Matthew had purchased a multi million pound homein Pippa’s childhood village.
With their family growing,The Daily Mailhas reported that the couple are planning a move out of London and have bought a new home about 20 minutes from her parents’ home in the Berkshire village of Bucklebury.
The new £15 million Georgian mansion is reported to have 30 rooms and approximately 150 acres of land.
The property is not thought to have been on the general market and the sale is thought to have been carried out privately.
A friend of the couple told the publication: “Pippa and her family are thrilled. It’s a very exciting time in their lives.
“They are looking forward to living closer to her parents.”
The reports of Pippa giving birth comes just weeks after shesparked pregnancy speculation last monthat the Queen's Jubilee concert.
Author and columnist Pippa, whorecently followed in her sister's footsteps by recycling outfits, appeared to be glowing as she linked her hands together above her tummy while smiling to the camera.
