A plus-size model has told her fans to not let their own doubts or anyone else stop them from getting what they want.
Erika Aguilera, who is an ambassador for Fashion Nova's Curve brand, took to her Instagram page to share the inspiring post.
The brunette beauty, who boasts 422,000 followers, to her fans to "let yourself bloom" as she talked about gaining confidence and being happy.
The post saw Erika share photos of herself a white T-shirt and jeans, as well as a flower-print cardigan.
She shared several pictures in the outfit as she posed and smiled at the camera while out for a park walk.
Captioning the post, which was an ad for Target Style's #IChoose canmpaign, Erika wrote: "Something my mum would always tell me and continues till this day is 'Mija, just go for it'.
"I used to be somewhat scared of taking risks and that usually led to having ‘what ifs’ which for me, is one of the worst feelings because you’ll never know the outcome to something you never fully went for.
"'What if I took that chance?' 'What if I actually tried?' I started to live by those wise words which have led me to have confidence, motivation and happiness.
"You have so much power within you to accomplish ANYTHING you set your mind to! Don’t let anyone and the what ifs stop you from what you really want.
"Live your life and be the gal who decided to GO FOR IT! Let yourself bloom!"
Fans were loving the post, with it racking up more than 4,000 likes.
One told her: "Honestly, just going for it is was got me started on my weight loss journey – best decision I have made!"
While another added: "So amazing."

Erika often shares inspiring photos as well as her modelling pictures.
Recently she wowed in a cream vest and checked skirt from Fashion Nova as she told fans she was ready for Autumn.
As well as Erika, another plus size model hitting headlines this week is Isabel Nicholls Nall.
The 22-year-old, from Worcester, took to her Instagram page to pose in a lacy blue underwear set as she labelled herself a "baddie with a belly".
The post comes after Isabel told Daily Star earlier this year that there are still many people who go out of their way to bring her down.
However, she says she doesn't give her haters "the time of day".
