A ripped gran who's known for her jaw-dropping body has revealed she's competing for Miss BumBum UK.

The prestigious contest which is massively popular in Brazil is coming to the UK for the first time ever.

It will see scores of beautiful women take to the stage where they'll flaunt their booty in favour of the title.

Just last month, Carolina Lekker became the winner of Miss BumBum Brazil, beating 14 other finalists.

Now the UK version is starting soon and Andrea Sunshine, 53, has exclusively shared she'll be competing.

She told Daily Star: "Well I'm flattered to be competing in the championship.

"Next in my Miss BumBum project, I intend to focus on gaining lean mass, increasing my butt and making them more firm."

The model, who lives in London but is from Brazil, intends to follow a special meal plan to achieve her goals.

She will be upping her protein intake, as anyone should if they want to gain muscle, with a slight increase in carbs.

Andrea added: "Honestly it's a novelty, a new challenge, so I'm still adjusting to the process.

"In terms of training, initially I start from the beginning in keeping the same principles.

"Although in terms of diet, I have already added greater amounts and caloric values to my nutrition."

And the bombshell, who is in her early 50s, will be one of the oldest to compete in the UK pageant, but it doesn't bother her.

She admitted: "It won't feel any different competing with younger women as I've always done it with bodybuilding.

"Being part of a group of competitors younger than me, in terms of achievements, only enhances my merits and my self-confidence.

"When we love each other and are happy with ourselves, we accept diversity, and life's opportunities as challenges.

"We only look at what can bring positive, what I can learn from it, my life was made of challenges. I see this one as just one more."

When asked about whether she'd do any treatments to her booty, Andrea claimed she's been going for massages.

She explained: "I've been doing modelling massages, I don't use any type of evasive treatment, I would be sabotaging myself.

"Although I think I could improve, I'm an athlete, we think differently, the result is in the daily achievements of muscle development."

Andrea will be training her usual workouts, from dead lifts to squats, as well as leg kick backs and hip thrusts.

Currently her bum size sits at 90cm and she's confident she'll win the title of the first ever Miss BumBum UK.

She concluded: "I find beauty contests very inspiring, this one was very creative.

"I'm loving the opportunity and the invitation. My biggest inspiration is still myself!"
