A note has gone viral after it asked the neighbours to change their flowers because they were "too orange".
The message caused quite a stir on social media when it was shared on Reddit earlier this week.
In the note, the anonymous writer admitted the flowers were "beautiful" before asking for them to be changed.
It said: "Hi, every year you put out some beautiful hanging baskets.
"Do you think it would be possible to change the colour of the flowers please?
"It's a lot of orange! Maybe white and red or a mix of colours. They would look lovely. Thank you."
The post was shared on Reddit's "Choosing Beggars" forum – which has two million members.
One social media user commented: "I'd be tempted to paint my entire house orange after getting something like this."
Another added: "Orange it is," while a third suggested: "Add more baskets with even more orange flowers."
And a fourth said: "Post a note back that simply says 'no'."

Some Reddit users were left absolutely fuming with the note and had other ideas.
One raged: "Radical suggestion: She can get her OWN baskets and plant her OWN red and white flowers."
Another added: "Put one single orange skewered on a stick in each hanging planter."
Meanwhile, this isn't the first time we've seen neighbours leaving savage notes through people's letter boxes.
Earlier this week, a man shared a furious note from the neighbours about his dog.
The Texas-based bloke shared the letter on Reddit after he left his pet at home for two hours.
In the angry message, it read: "Next time you leave your dog locked in a room while you're gone, we're calling animal control.
"Your p****d off annoyed neighbours."
