Weekly Wants: £24 summer skirt, patriotic tote bag and Queen-inspired lipstick – our top Jubilee buys

Parades, picnics, parties; celebrations to mark Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee are almost here and if, like much of the country, you’re joining in with the bank holiday buzz, our fashion and beauty team have found the best Jubilee-themed buys for you to wear on the big day.

If you’re feeling particularly patriotic you could always chuck on a Union Jack dress for the occasion, but for those looking for a more stylish approach, we suggest shopping for pieces in red, blue and white hues, whether you mix them together or opt for a printed style.

On the hunt for the perfect regal lipstick? We’ve got that covered too. The Platinum Jubilee Pageant’s official beauty partner Charlotte Tilbury has a rosy, Crown Jewel-pink lippy that’s not only universally flattering, but it’s also inspired by, and named after the monarch herself.

We’ve included buys for every budget, so you’ll have extra cash to spend on the important things such as bunting, victoria sponge and lots of fizz. Long live the Queen!
