ARSENAL loanee Jordi Osei-Tutu left the pitch midway through a pre-season friendly in floods of tears after being racially abused.
The youngster, 20, stormed off the field while playing for German second-tier side VfL Bochum on the back of some vile taunts against Swiss side St Gallen.
Following the match, the defender re-posted a fan's message of support on Instagram, which read: “Credit to JOT.
“He calmed down and continued playing. Big up my man! Say no to racism.”
And on Wednesday, Arsenal released their own statement, reading: “Last night Jordi Osei-Tutu received unacceptable racial abuse playing for VfL Bochum during a pre-season friendly match against Swiss club St Gallen.
“We are working closely with Bochum and Jordi and we are giving him our full support.
“Racism has no place in our game and we do not tolerate any form of discrimination.”

ARSENAL are looking to hijack Everton’s £31.5million move for Barcelona winger Malcom.
The Merseysiders are confident of clinching a deal for the Brazilian in the next few days.
But Arsenal boss Unai Emery has identified the player as an alternative to top target Wilfried Zaha.
The Gunners are trying topersuade Malcom to delay a move to Goodison while they attempt to negotiate with Barca.
Emery has all but given up on landing Zaha after his £40m bid — which is half what Crystal Palace want — was rejected.
Arsenal will struggle to match Everton’s offer for Malcom, 22, so will try to persuade Barcelona to accept staggeredpayments.
But the Spanish champions want to raise quick cash tofundmoves forNeymar and Antoine Griezmann.

DESPERATE Arsenal are offering THREE players plus cash to lure Wilfried Zaha from Crystal Palace.
The Gunners have already failed with an opening bid of £40million.
But now they will throw in Calum Chambers, Mohamed Elneny and Carl Jenkinson into the deal.
Arsenal value the fringe players at £40m, which would effectively double their offer for Palace’s Ivory Coast star, 26.
And they will point out that deal would reduce Manchester United’s cut of the Zaha cash.
Palace paid just £6m when they bought him back in 2015 but agreed a sell-on clause which entitles United to 25 per cent of any future profit.
Zaha wants to join Arsenal, the club he supported as a boy.
But he has not submitted a formal transfer request and still has four years left on the £130,000-a-week contract he signed last August.
Zaha's Ivory Coast face Algeria in the Africa Cup of Nations quarter-finals on Thursday.
