GARETH BALE has the chance to establish himself as first-choice at Real Madrid with Zinedine Zidane losing SIX attackers to injuries.

Marco Asensio was cruelly ruled out until March with a cruciate ligament rupture last month.
While youngsters Rodrygo and Brahim Diaz are both suffering from hamstring injuries.
There’s been little respite for new signing Eden Hazard either, with the former Chelsea star also in the wars with his hamstring.
That leaves just Bale, Vinicius Junior and Lucas Vazquez as Zidane’s options behind the striker.
And with Welsh ace Bale starting in both the Valladolid draw and opening day win over Celta Vigo, there is every chance he could cement his place in Zidane’s first XI by the time his team-mates recover.
It could be an astonishing U-turn for Bale, who was destined to leave the Bernabeu after being publicly sidelined by his boss.
A lucrative move to China was on the brink of completion before Real pulled the plug on the deal.
But after racking up the minutes in the opening stages of the new La Liga campaign, Bale could yet prove himself to be an invaluable piece of Zidane’s jigsaw.
