Watch Floyd Mayweather's bodyguard Jizzy Mack suffer KO in third round of fight with kickboxing veteran Kouzi | The Sun

FLOYD MAYWEATHER'S bodyguard Jizzy Mack was knocked out in a loss to Japanese kickboxing vet Kouzi.

The 40-year-old was KO'ed in the third round after a succession of knockdowns in the undercard of Mayweather's main event against Mikuru Asakura.


Mack, whose real name is Ray Sadeghi, was 42 pounds heavier than his experienced opponent.

He hung on until the third but it looked only a matter of time untill Kouzi got the victory.

Mack was warming up the crowd for boss Mayweather in Japan.

The former champ knocked out Asakura in two rounds of their exhibition bout – in front of old rival Manny Pacquiao.

The win earnt "Money" another £20million.

Filipino icon PacMan watched as Asakura made a bright start in the opening stages, landing to the body and keeping Mayweather at bay.

The self-proclaimed "Best Ever" was forced to evade heavy artillery coming his way.

Mayweather did pick up the pace towards the end of the opening round as he started to fire off his famous piston-like right hand.

The second proved to be all out action with the American starting on the front foot.

Mayweather, 45, landed a series of rear hand shots, both to head and body.

But Asakura, 30, fired back and even landed a perfect counter right hook, which snapped Mayweather's head back.

That actually proved to be the beginning of the end as the 50-0 boxing icon poured on the pressure.

Asakura had no defence for a barrage of right hands coming his way and he was eventually floored just as the bell sounded.

He did his best to get to his feet but on shaken legs, experienced referee Kenny Bayless waved off the action.

It brought an end to six action-packed minutes, which saw Mayweather triumph in his fourth exhibition bout in as many years.

Meanwhile, he is targeting the 70,000-seat Allegiant Stadium for a rematch with Conor McGregor and is demanding a nine-figure purse.

Mayweather beat the UFC superstar in 2017, his farewell fight as a professional.

Mayweather, 45, is then in talks with YouTuber Deji, 25, for a November exhibition in Dubai.

And it could set him up for a rematch with McGregor, where he would be willing to put his 50-0 record on the line – for a guaranteed £90m.
