News of Chadwick Boseman's death left the world heartbroken over the weekend, after it was revealed he passed away on Friday.
The Black Panther actor, who was 43 when he died, had privately been battling colon cancer for years.
Chadwick Boseman's co-star in 2020 film Da 5 Bloods Clarke Peters broke down in tears this morning, as he spoke about the actor's untimely death.
The 68-year-old admitted he thought the star was "precious" for having his own masseuse on-set, not knowing that he was secretly fighting cancer.
Being completely honest about his inital thoughts of Chadwick, Clarke explained: "My wife asked what Chadwick was like because I was really excited to work with him.
"I said I think he's a little bit precious because he's surrounded by people who are fawning over him.
"He's got a Chinese practitioner who is massaging his back when he walks off set, he's got a make-up lady who is massaging feet, his girlfriend is there holding his hand.. and I'm thinking maybe the Black Panther thing went to his head.”
"Now I regret even having those thoughts…"
He then started to cry during his appearance on Good Morning Britain via video-link, as he added: "They were really looking after him," he said.
"We were in 104degree weather running with equipment up to 40lbs on our backs.
"That young man…. I'm sorry…"
He then broke down in tears once more, before describing Chadwick as having "a God given gift".
Chadwick passed away at his Los Angeles home on Friday, and he was surrounded by his wife and family.
His family announced the tragic news on his Twitter page, with the tweet breaking records as the most liked Twitter post in history.
