CHRISTINE McGuinness has shown off her rock hard abs before sharing an extremely honest and relatable mum problem.
The model and TV personality took to her Instagram to show off her incredible figure, as she told her fans she's been hitting the gym.
Christine, 35, posed in a youthful crop top in her living room as she showed off her rock-hard abdominals.
She pulled her hair up into a half-up half-down look, as she appeared to wear minimal make-up while hanging out at home.
The mum-of-three, who shares twins Penelope and Leo, nine, and daughter Felicity, seven, with ex Paddy, opted for a pair of black tracksuit bottoms.
Christine turned to the side to show off her rippling stomach, showing off her expansive living room in the background.

"Do you go to therapy? No, I go to the gym," Christine penned.
She went on to give a very honest parenting update to her fans, as she filmed herself sitting on the loo at her home.
"A wee wee in private would be wonderful," the model joked, as she looked unimpressed towards her phone camera.
She flipped the phone around to show her cat watching her.

It comes after Christine showed off her fitness routine, as she looked incredible during a sweaty workout as she donned a crop top and hot pants.
The model and mum-of-three filmed herself in her gym, which she coined her “happy place.”
She showed herself doing her leg workouts and told fans: “I’m absolutely f*****. This one’s a killer.”
Christine’s gym session comes after she previously revealed earlier this year that she’s had lots of people sliding into her DMs, following her split from TV star husband Paddy.
She has continued to live with Paddy, 49, in their Cheshire home to co-parent Penelope and Leo and daughter Felicity, who have all been diagnosed with autism.
And it’s been a real change for Christine, who is facing single life for the first time in 15 years.
