Coronation Street teen Max Turner is facing the same fate as his late father Callum, as his charge is set to be escalated next week – with Max pleading guilty.
The troubled youngster was groomed by racist Griff and his gang, and step-dad David is struggling to de-radicalise his son after Max posted a series of vile videos online.
Next week, David receives a worrying email from Max's solicitor that explains they're escalating his charge to Encouragement of Terrorism. He feels sick informing Gail and Stephen or the news.

Later, Harriet – Max's solicitor – calls round at No.8 and explains that as far as she is concerned, Max was a victim of grooming.
David is pleased to have her support and promises her he'll find the money to cover her fees as he wants the best defence possible for his son. But how will he raise the funds?
Later that week, a fretful David tells Maria that Max is refusing to take his calls.
Meeting Alya in the cafe, she promises David it's not his fault, and he can't blame himself for Max's actions.
But alone at home, David starts knocking back the whiskey in an attempt to forget what's happening with his son.
It's up to David to tell Maria that Max pleaded guilty – and is now awaiting sentencing.
Max isn't the only troubled teen around, of course, as Hope Dobbs is finding things difficult after the death of her chinchilla Cilla.
She confides in pal Sam that she intends to seek revenge for the murder and needs his help. Meanwhile, Beth isn't having any of it – insisting to Fiz that Cilla was just a posh rat.
Incensed, Fiz is left fuming at Beth, with Carla forced to step in before a fight breaks out between the pair.

Later, Hope gets Sam involved in stealing Vin-Diesel the Weasel from the barbers. Hope carefully places the weasel's mouth around the skin of her arm, before approaching Beth's dog Peanut and letting out a scream. But will she get her revenge?
Tyrone catches Hope sneaking out with weasel in hand, throwing her plan into disarray. Later, Beth confronts the youngster, with Hope running home to tell her parents that Beth slapped her across the face.
When Fiz and Tyrone confront Beth, she flat out denies it. An attempt to reconcile, as Fiz tells Beth they should sit down and talk to Hope, the young girl storms out, fuming.
