Frankie Lewis (played by Rose Ayling-Ellis) has enjoyed every minute of getting to know her new family after discovering Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) was her father earlier this year on EastEnders. However, the Carters could soon be ripped apart when Nancy Carter (Maddy Hill) discovers Frankie is pregnant.
In Friday’s EastEnders, which is available to watch on BBC iPlayer, Frankie played matchmaker after revealing she was heading to Manchester to visit some friends.
She urged Nancy to come out drinking with her and secretly set her up with Zack Hudson (James Farrar).
The Carter daughter was heartbroken when Zack called off their romance.
However, she has no idea that both Zack and Frankie were responsible for her recent car accident.
At the Prince Albert, Nancy softened towards her sister and admitted she was pleased she’d encouraged her to go out.
“Thank you for this,” the Queen Vic barmaid. “And for having my back.”

Turning up at the Prince Albert, Zack said: “Alright, what’s the emergency?”
“You’re joking?” Nancy remarked realising Frankie had set her up. “I don’t need this.”
“What have you told her?” Zack asked Frankie who replied: “Enough, both of you. “You miss her and you miss him so I’ll leave you to it.”
“I ain’t got all night,” Nancy quipped as Zack sat down and tried to explain himself.
However, the EastEnders resident struggled to articulate his feelings and decided to leave.
“Yeah that’s it,” Nancy said. “Go and find some random to stroke your ego, ghost her after.”
“I don’t want to,” Zack protested and Nancy hit back: “I bet you’ve had a different girl every night since we slept together.”
“One, I did it once,” he replied. “And it was a mistake, I’m getting good at those.
“I still think the biggest mistake was messing it up with you.”

“I guess it has been a mad year like finding out I had a surprise sister,” Nancy remarked.
“Maybe we should start a support group,” Zack joked before Nancy questioned: “I thought we had something. I don’t understand why you went hot and cold on me.”
“I’m an idiot and I miss you telling me that,” he answered and she added: “I miss that too.”
The pair appeared to reunite but Nancy may be in store for heartbreak if she begins a romance with Zack.

He felt he was left out in the cold and may have bonded with Frankie over their shared guilt.
If Zack and Frankie slept together, the Carter daughter may discover she’s pregnant with his child.
Frankie’s sudden Manchester trip could simply be a chance for the bartender to think about her unexpected pregnancy.
