EASTENDERS viewers think they have rumbled a sick Sharon and Keanu baby twist after their explosive kidnapping ordeal.
Earlier this month, viewers saw Keanu fake the kidnapping of their son Albie after his bid to leave the country with him faltered and quickly spiralled out of control.
After the couple were 'reunited' with their son, they got back together when Keanu admitted to Sharon that he still loved her after all, as she remains completely in the dark about what he did.
However, the on-off couple face further drama regarding their son after Sharon was asked to take him to hospital for tests following his kidnap.
Last night's episode saw the character – played by Letitia Dean – receive a phone call from the hospital asking her to return with Albie to discuss his test results.
While Sharon and Keanu worry about what could be wrong with the son, some EastEnders viewers think they've got it all worked out.

Taking to social media, one wrote: "I wonder IF Albie was accidentally swapped at birth and that isn’t Keanu and Sharon’s biological son, but someone else’s?!"
Another added: "We know Sharon had a DNA test done to check if Phil was the father, so could he be someone else’s."
A third tweeted: "My theory is that Albie’s hospital tests confirm that Keanu cannot possibly be his father."
Viewers will have to wait and see what the results actually reveal and how that impacts the couple's forthcoming wedding.

Preview spoiler pictures showed the couple's wedding day being filmed, while Sharon is in a wedding dress in the epic Christmas Day flashforward that was first revealed earlier this year.
In it, six matriarchs of the Square look on in horror as a mystery man lies dead on the floor.
Some fans have speculated the body could be Keanu's, which would make sense if Sharon does find out about the fake kidnap plot.
However, others think the body could be newly returned Dean Wicks, while twisted Theo and controlling Nish are also suspects among fans.
EastEnders airs on BBC One and is available on BBC iPlayer.
