Former royal butler Paul Burrell believes there will be a "cool atmosphere" behind closed doors at The Queen's Platinum Jubilee.

Ranvir Singh has been Lorraine Kelly's replacement for the week and welcomed the Queen's former personal footman onto the show this morning (June 2).

Paul, 63, spoke about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's upcoming appearance alongside the Queen on the Buckingham Palace balcony, but believes there will be underlying tension behind closed doors.

"There will be a cool atmosphere behind closed doors because of what's been said in the past," he told Ranvir, 44.

He continued: "Some members of the royal family have been burned by what Harry and Meghan have said, especially on Oprah."

"And they don't like it, so they'll be very careful what's said now in front of them," he added.
