Frankie Bridge is one of I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!'s ten contestants this year and as she gets ready to enter the castle, her family do a practice Bushtucker trial of their own.
In a recent Instagram clip shared by the famous couple, Frankie can be seen blindfolded and having spoons of different foods and condiments shoved in her mouth.
Frankie is self-admittedly scared of everything so her husband Wayne Bridge and her two sons tried t prep her for the gruesome going's on of the ITV castle.
Former Premier League footballer, Wayne competed in the popular reality series back in 2016, and now it's his popstar wife's turn to get stuck in.
Her two boys Parker, 8, and Carter, 6, took turns in giving their mum a spoon of different types of food including ketchup and chocolate custard.
But husband Wayne really got a telling off for putting tomato sauce in the mix as it's the star's pet hate.
As Frankie gears up for Bushtucker trials, Wayne will be left watching without her and sat by their two kids in their luxury Surrey pad instead.
Also entering the Welsh castle is Good Morning Britain's Richard Madeley, but former I'm A Celeb star Vernon Kay thinks he may ruffle some campmate feathers.
GMB welcomed Vernon to the programme on Friday to chat about his I'm A Celeb stint and his thoughts on GMB's Richard Madeley heading into the Welsh Castle.
Vernon stated: "I can't wait to see Richard, I'll be honest with you, I think he's going to talk everyone to death. I think he may frustrate a few people but he's extremely intelligent and he's a great listener.
"And that's what you need in there because you get really tired and you open up and get really emotional because you miss your friends and family."
Host Ben Shephard then chimed in to say: "The other thing is he is a great interviewer. I often think when I watch, you know, they've had some amazing characters like Caitlyn Jenner who you just want to sit down and interview them, it would be such a joy."
To which Vernon replied: "Mo Farah got so bored with us asking about the Olympics but that's what made him blossom and shine and he just loves talking about those gold medals."
