ESME Bianco has revealed disturbing photos of her alleged abuse from shock rocker Marilyn Manson, after claiming he "lashed her with a whip" during their two-year relationship.
The Game of Thrones star came forward with allegations of abuse yesterday, after ending their relationship in June of 2011.
Following Manson's request that the actress star in a self-filmed music video, Esme, now 38, has shared that he "beat her with a whip."
The British performer has since revealed photos from the horrifying incident, telling Good Morning America: "It got to the stage where he wanted to shoot the finale of the video.
"He locked me in his bedroom, and he tied me to a wooden prayer kneeler, I was half-naked and he beat me with a whip. And he filmed it."
Esme then provided GMA with a photo from the whipping, which she claimed is her "back marked with whiplashes after the incident."
When questioned if she ever asked him to stop the behavior, she shook her head admitting: "No, I would never have dared ask him to stop."
Esme added that she feared for her life "the entire time during that shoot."
After first being introduced to Manson through his then-fiancée Dita Von Teese in 2005, the two garnered a friendship.
In 2009, the controversial rockstar asked Esme to fly to LA and star in his latest music video as a "victim/lover" that would have to "pretend to like being manhandled by [him]."
The actress says that in reality, she "spent the next three days in lingerie, barely sleeping or eating, with Manson serving up cocaine rather than food."
She alleged that during the process, Manson, now 52, became angry and violent, "tying her with cables to a prayer kneeler, lashing her with a whip, and using an electric sex toy called a Violet Wand on her wounds."
Throughout the next two years, they entered into a long-distance relationship where Esme says he would "hide abuse by doing it during sex.
"He always went too far. The biting. That was 100% non-consensual. And he would bite me until I was black and blue."
The actress moved to West Hollywood to live with Manson in 2011, as she explained: "I thought he was in love with me. I did not understand that what was happening to me was very very wrong. He was incredibly manipulative."
Their living situation quickly turned sour, as she reported feeling "like a prisoner" in his home.
"I came and went at his pleasure. Who I spoke to was completely controlled by him. I called my family hiding in the closet."
Esme says months of terrifying abuse and manipulation came to a climax in one night when Manson thought Esme had "put cockroaches in the walls to mess with him."
"He took an ax and started smashing holes in the walls and then he started chasing me with the ax.
At that point I thought – he's going to kill me," she disclosed.
A former assistant of Manson confirmed the account, as she said she saw the singer "chase Bianco through the apartment with an ax" and remembered "seeing bruises" on her body.
Esme left Manson in June of 2011, following the incident which she claims caused her to lose "all sense of hope and safety."
Though at least five women, including Hollywood star Evan Rachel Wood, 33, have accused the rocker of abuse, Manson has publicly denied the allegations.
He released a statement reading: "Obviously, my life and my art have long been magnets for controversy, but these recent claims about me are horrible distortions of reality.
"My intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners. Regardless of how — and why — others are now choosing to misrepresent the past, that is the truth."
Esme showed shock at his denial, and said his response is "disgusting."
She added that the idea his alleged victims are "the ones who misconstrued the whole situation" is "indicative of the monster that he is."
The Game of Thrones star's lawyer claims that Manson's request for Esme to travel across borders "constitutes as human trafficking."
"I was defrauded, I was transported from the U.K. to the U.S., I was harbored, and then I was coerced into involuntary servitude, which included sexual abuse and physical abuse," Esme unveiled.

Though the actress feels a "massive relief" over identifying his name, she believes the outing to also be "terrifying."
"I'm still scared of him. I'm still scared of retaliation.
"I want others in this situation to know they're not alone. And it's not their fault," she urged.
