The Masked Dancer has already sent the rumour mill into overdrive, and the show hasn't even started yet.
Launching this weekend on ITV, the series, which is a spin-off of The Masked Singer, will see 12 mystery celebrities dance before a panel of esteemed judges.
Each celeb will wear an elaborate costume, dropping clues about their identity as they take to the dance floor over the course of seven nights.
There are 12 contestants – Zip, Carwash, Beagle, Squirrel, Scarecrow, Frog, Beetroot, Viper, Rubber Chicken, Flamingo, Knickerbocker Glory, and Llama.
Promotional clips and teasers for the show have already been released, leading some fans to throw some suggestions of potential contestants into the mix.
Below, Daily Star has rounded up some of the juiciest fan theories going – but we won't find out the truth until the mask comes off.
Famed for the show Pineapple Dance Studios, Louie Spence is one of Britain's most notorious dancers, a fixture of the ballroom and primetime TV.
The choreographer, 52, has form for taking part in reality shows – he appeared in Celebs on The Farm, The Jump, and Celeb Big Brother in recent years.
When footage of Masked Dancer's Llama emerged earlier this year, some Twitter users were convinced it had the same poise as Mr Spence.
One said: "Llama is definitely Louie Spence And only seen it for seconds."
"Can't wait ! I think Llama = Louie Spence," wrote a second.
While a third weighed in: "Early prediction: louie spence is on the line up #MaskedDancerUK."
During the winter season of Masked Singer, viewers were certain Cheryl was playing Harlequin, thanks to the character adopting her signature dance move.
While Cheryl never appeared on Masked Singer, some fans are hopeful the Fight For This Love hitmaker might lend her moves to Masked Dancer.
The Girls Aloud star, 37, has been keeping a low profile since the birth of her son Bear, four, who she shares with One Direction star Liam Payne.
However, if Masked Dancer fans are to be believed, the hit songstress might be making her comeback in one of the show's glittering suits.
One fan tweeted: "I reckon it's Cheryl under there…"
"Cheryl can do #MaskedDancer" a second agreed.
Is Cheryl behind the mask?
Strictly Come Dancing stars
When it comes to talented dancers, the cast of Strictly Come Dancing is chockablock with light-footed dynamos.
Unsurprisingly, fans are convinced some of the cast of Strictly might have agreed to take part in the series, flexing their Pasodoble and Tango for the judges.
Strictly judge Oti Mabuse, who makes up one-quarter of the judging panel, might be quick to recognise one of her colleagues on the dance floor.
The Strictly speculation from fans has been varied, with one fan writing: "James Jordan, Brendon Cole ?"
"Do you reckon that Knickerbocker Glory is someone from the theatre or Strictly Come Dancing like Tess Daly it's someone who is use to dressing up I reckon in costumes it's the vibes am getting xx," added a second.
One of the most intriguing fan theories to emerge has been that of a secret family connection between two of the contestants – Viper and Knickerbocker Glory.
As the show was filmed during the pandemic, each cast member was forced to adhere to social distancing restrictions throughout the production.
However, one eagle-eyed fan noticed Viper and Knickerbocker Glory were standing quite close to one another in one snapshot.
