Hollyoaks actress Jorgie Porter has revealed her due date as she gave updates about her baby boy's nursery and packing her hospital bag.
The actress, 34, who plays Theresa McQueen on the Channel 4 soap, appeared on Tuesday's episode of ITV's Loose Women with her fiancé Ollie Piotrowski.
Jorgie announced in June that she and her fiancé Ollie are expecting a baby together after the couple tragically lost quadruplets 14 weeks into the pregnancy in November 2021.
Appearing on Loose Women, host Ruth Langsford asked: "How far into the pregnancy are you?"
To which the actress revealed: "I'm past the bit where we count up to now so I'm counting down. So I think, what, it's six weeks? Maybe we've missed a week somewhere…"
With Ollie replying: "Something like that!"
Talking about their baby son's nursery, she added: "We've got the cot and the mural my mum has painted, things like that. Getting excited now! I've packed the hospital bag about six times."
Elsewhere during the chat, the couple admitted they are taking each day of the pregnancy as it comes after tragically losing quadruplets last year after a miscarriage.
Talking about her pregnancy so far, Jorgie said: "In the beginning it was quite hard.
"It was a bit stressful, a bit worrying, but we kind of had to get over that bit and go, 'Do you know what? We need to enjoy this and start thinking about everything day by day. We’ve got to enjoy the journey.'"
To which Ollie added: "We both openly said it, it was super scary. It’s hard in general at the best of times but it was extra hard taking each day as it comes and just going with the flow."
Ruth also asked Ollie about men getting "forgotten" in miscarriage and how important it is to talk about it.
He said: "I think it’s really hard – men and women – to talk about miscarriage in general and how it affects you day to day, just to be able to get on and move forward.
"I think the really hard part is knowing what’s right for your partner at the same time as well because you’re really struggling as well, and the emotions of it are all over the show.
"It should be a lot more open these days. It is really hard," he explained, turning to Jorgie, "But I think it’s about making sure you’re alright first and foremost."
The couple also sweetly revealed that Ollie's son Alfie, nine, is super excited about having a baby brother.
While Jorgie shared how she hilariously roped Ollie into strapping two watermelons to his stomach to give him an idea of how it feels to be pregnant.
Jorgie and Ollie got engaged in December 2021 which she announced in a sweet Instagram post of the pair.
Jorgie went public with her relationship with Ollie in October 2020, confirming they were together and "very content and happy" on her podcast Loose Lips.
