Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) faces off with Jamie Tate (Alexander Lincoln) in Emmerdale tonight (October 19) in the wake of recent developments regarding Belle (Eden Taylor-Draper).
Viewers will know that Jamie meddled once more during Friday’s episode (October 16), as he set out to get revenge on Belle after she upset Millie.
Yes, Belle was taken down to the police station once more, where she was ultimately charged with Moira’s (Natalie J Robb) hit-and-run after another ‘witness’ reportedly came forward.
Belle returns home in tonight’s edition of the ITV soap, but the Dingles are concerned about what this new witness could mean for the young woman’s future.
Something of a showdown later takes place, as Cain — and Moria — come face-to-face with Jamie in the village.
Will violence ensue?
Evidently not, as Moira manages to convince Cain to refrain from getting into a fight with the young man, commenting that Jamie no doubt left a shred of evidence, which they’ll eventually find.
Determined to help Belle, the pair decide to break into Home Farm in search of such evidence, but the question is: will they succeed?
Or will Jamie work out what they’re up to?
