The heartthrob actor, 31, is supposedly in the running to become the next James Bond following his success on the series. The star has since taken on a new job and here is all you need to know about his CBeebies appearance.
When is Regé-Jean Page reading his CBeebies bedtime story?
CBeebies is a popular children’s network that includes a special segment to help youngsters settle down for the night.
The bedtime story session airs every night at 6:50pm and parents have found it is the perfect way to start the evening routine.
The network is known for casting some A-List acts to read the stories aloud, and previous celebrities have included actor Tom Hardy and presenter Dermot O’Leary.
Actor Page is next in line to warm the hearts of parents as he settles down to read a book for young viewers.
Mothers will be in for a special treat this Sunday, which is Mother’s Day, as Page will be appearing in the evening.
He will be telling a story of friendship from the book Rain Before Rainbows, by Smriti Halls and David Litchfield.
The story follows a girl and a fox who are experiencing some hardship, but they see the light at the end of the tunnel.
While not many children will recognise the star, their parents will definitely be pleased to see the smouldering Simon Basset actor return to screens.
His role on Bedtime Stories comes after the announcement that he will be starring in a new Dungeons & Dragons film, based on the popular game.
Fans can also hope Simon Basset will be returning for the second season of Bridgerton.
