FANS were left stunned after a retired bodybuilding goliath was seen shifting huge weight during intense workouts at the age of 50.
Jay Cutler is one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time but his most recent workouts posted on social media have gone viral.
In his past time, the Massachusetts man won the coveted Mr Olympia four times in his professional career.
He was known for his quadriceps and insane physique but most notably for his signature quad-stomp pose.
Even though he is now retired, the former IFBB legend has amateur lifters gobsmacked with his jaw-dropping workouts.
Cutler's latest post on Instagram proved age is no limit – in which he captioned it: "It's Monday, let's get after it."

Despite obvious hard work and discipline, the quad-stomp poser revealed another secret tip that attributed to his first Mr Olympia win.
He told the Mike Sartain podcast: "I'm not going to lie, there was a lot of diets… I ate 140 egg whites a day.

Cutler also distanced himself from society and worked on his size and gains to defeat Coleman, which was the defining point of his career.
