NAYA Rivera's ex-husband has sued over the Glee star’s "wrongful death" claiming the boat was "unsafe."
The documents were filed by Rivera's ex-husband, Ryan Dorsey, on behalf of the five-year-old.
The paperwork was submitted on Tuesday and was for wrongful death, following her death in July 2020.
The child is also suing Ventura County, California, where his mother died, as well as United Water Conservation District and the county's Parks and Recreation Management for negligent infliction of emotional distress.
The complaint alleges that the Glee star's death was preventable and that the boat that she went on with her son in Lake Piru did not comply with Coast Guard safety standards.
