Her mates shared Snapchat footage of her dancing and singing tunes alongside them in a bar on Monday night.
At one point, a man on a microphone serenades her, singing: “Tell me why you’re so naughty, girl” as she sits on a chair, filming herself and smiling.
In another clip the celeb, real name Stephanie Victoria Allen, is holding a bouquet of flowers and says on the mic: “Today’s my birthday, but I want you guys to feel like it’s yours as well – so turn up with me, OK?”
And the stunner, wearing a sparkling custom-made plunging dress and tiara, posed for screaming pals who took pics and video of her.
The party started at around 11pm and guests stayed beyond 2am drinking Ciroc vodka and necking shots.
It is understood the gig was held at a bar in West London, with dozens attending including fellow rappers.
The venue was decked out with balloons and the singer’s friends uploaded Snapchat videos captioned 'Steff’s birthday'.
A source said: “Steff was partying without a care in the world for Covid. There were loads of people there.
“She was dancing on a table with her arm around a friend while someone was singing.
“She was doing all this while millions of others have to make huge sacrifices, like not seeing their families because of the pandemic.
“It’s disgraceful to see yet another celebrity acting like it’s one rule for them and another for the rest of us.”
The party came just hours before London, parts of Essex and Hertfordshire were plunged into Tier 3.
Hurtin’ Me and Senseless singer Stefflon won a Music of Black Origin award for Best Female in 2017.
The following year she won Best New Artist at the NME Awards.
Alongside a snap in her birthday outfit, she boasted to her 2.6 million Instagram followers on Monday: “Ready to be spoiled. #BdayGirl.”
In another post she said: “It’s my birthday!!!!! I love you for loving me.
“Thank you for all the messages, thank you for all the support.
“Keep sharing positivity it goes a long way.”
She brazenly shared a video to her Instagram Story from fellow artist Ms Banks of them together.
On Tuesday, Stefflon was leaving the country on a British Airways flight from Heathrow.
There were around 30 people at the do in swanky Knightsbridge, West London.
Stefflon was unavailable for comment.
It comes just two weeks after pop star Rita Ora breached lockdown laws by hosting a lavish 30th birthday party.
Thirty people attended the secret bash at a restaurant in West London.
